Baobab and Banana Milkshake

I love the healthy combination of potassium from the bananas and vitamin C and calcium from the baobab powder and the kids love the taste.

  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp baobab fruit powder
  • 3 scoops plain ice-cream
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 ginger-nut biscuits


  1. Blend all ingredients (except ginger-nuts) together until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass.
  3. Garnish with crushed ginger-nut biscuits.
